Boxing training is an excellent way to keep fit! It is a regime that challenges people who are serious about getting fit and building up their stamina and balance. Many people enjoy it and several limb users have shown an interest. If you are interested in being part of the non-contact boxing group (male or female) please contact Margaret Tyson (contact numbers below) or click contact us (left). We would like to know which days and times are best for you.
