Interesting developments in amputee exercise:

 

We now have a further year's funding! This is being provided by Manchester City Council's Joint Health Unit and we would like to thank Ged Devereaux and Colin Cox for making it possible.

The excellent MANCAT facilities will still be FREE and FREE meals are still be available thanks to the generosity of MANCAT.

Oldham Chronicle do a feature on Bob Henthorn and Andrew Davey

A photo and article about Bob Henthorn and Andrew Davey who live in the Oldham area was published in the Oldham Chronicle. Both of them have felt great benefits to their health by attending Manfit. They both attend the gym and the swimming sessions and love both activities.

Presentation given to the Oldham Amputee Support Group

Margaret Tyson was pleased to to be asked to give an informal talk to the Oldham Amputee Support Group. Unfortunately it was interrupted by a blizzard! The talk was well received with lots of discussion. The group kindly donated £25 to MANFIT. We would like to thank the group for their generous donation which will be put to good use!
