Interesting developments in amputee exercise:

 

The excellent facilities at the Manchester College fitness suite, the Aquatics Centre are still FREE and for a small cost the fantastic Greater Manchester Fire gym at Moss Side Fire Station will all be available thanks to the generosity of these organisations.

Manfit members are shown on Gok Wan's "How to look good naked"!

Members of the swimming group were filmed for Gok Wan’s “How to look good naked” by Maverick television (see link below). There was only a short clip shown - a bit dissapointing but it showed how good our swimmers are!
